Jr. Huskies Winter Feeder Travel Teams Registration Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to provide a fair refund policy for participants of the Jr. Huskies Winter Feeder Travel Teams. Please review the following guidelines for registration refunds:
Full Refund (minus processing fees):
Requests submitted before Nov 7th, 2025 will be eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees incurred during registration.
Partial Refund (50%):
Requests submitted between November 7st, 2025, and November 16th, 2025 will be eligible for a 50% refund, as teams will have already been formed, and initial costs (including uniforms and gear) will have been allocated.
No Refunds:
After November 16th, 2025, no refunds will be issued. By this time, the season will be fully underway, with practices, games, and tournaments scheduled. All associated costs are non-recoverable.
Exceptions:
In the event of a season-ending injury or other unforeseen circumstances, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Medical documentation may be required.
